I play with the Gryphon Tour Samurai because I love the control that it gives me, as well as the ability to do perfect aerials.
Yes, I play with the Gryphon G-mitt. I really like how I am able to have complete control over my stick, while still protecting my hand.
I play with the Gryphon Classic shinguards -- they keep my protected but are stills upper comfortable and form fitting.
I use the Gryphon soft grip with the neon green Gryphon chamois overgrip. I like the chamois because it makes my grip a little thicker and still allows control when it's raining or when my hands are sweaty
I have been playing field hockey for pretty much my whole life. My mom was a collegiate coach when I was younger so I basically grew up with a stick in my hands.
My favorite pregame ritual is to braid my hair and then braid all of my teammates hair. "Game Day Hair by Emily"
Definitely the double braids on top of my head with a tucked ponytail bun! .
My go to pregame meal is a bagel from Bagel Street Deli!
My favorites are Big Bootie Mixes!
Patient, Poised, Powerful
When I'm not playing I enjoy painting and coloring as well as anything outdoorsy!
"Success isn't overnight. It's when every day you get a little better than the day before. It all adds up" - Dwayne Johnson
Going to the biggest and best D1 school does not guarantee happiness. Go where you know you will be able to contribute and grow as a player and as a person.
Other than field hockey, my favorite fall activity has to be cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers every Sunday!
