We are excited to announce that Nadia Nemeth has joined the Longstreth Athlete Program as a Ritual Brand Ambassador!
Nadia is a senior forward/midfielder at Great Valley High school was named in the Max Field Hockey 1st Team All Pennsylvania Region, the NFHCA 1st Team All Pennsylvania Region, and the NFHCA 1st Team All-State AAA. Nadia was also ranked in the Top 50 players of the Class of 2024 by Max Field Hockey. Nadia will continue her field hockey career at Northwestern University.
Field Hockey Fun Facts
What stick do you use and why do you choose it?
I use a Ritual Velocity 95. It has a light-weight feel while dribbling yet still allows for powerful hits.
Do you have a grip preference? If so, which grip and why do you like it?
I use a Gryphon chamois! It is great for playing in the rain when the grip gets wet, as it prevents my grip from getting too slick.
How long have you been playing field hockey and what made you first want to start playing?
I started playing field hockey in first grade, so it’s been 12 years now! I played a lot of different sports growing up and my mom played field hockey in high school, so I decided to give it a try. As I grew older, I chose to continue with field hockey for the pace and team aspect of the game.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Triple-knotting my shoelaces
What’s your go-to pre-game meal?
Fruit! I usually have an apple before every game.
What is your go-to game day hairstyle?
A regular ponytail :)

Aggressive, high-energy, team-oriented
What do you like to do when you’re not playing field hockey?
Walking my dog and watching baseball
Do you have an game day superstitions?
I’m superstitious about how I do my hair! I have to win a couple of games with the same hairstyle or else I’ll switch it up again.
