We are thrilled to announce that Cameron Wiseman has joined the Longstreth Athlete Program as a TK Brand Ambassador!

Cameron was named to the Max Field Hockey Top 50 Players to Watch for the Class of 2024 and has been playing field hockey for over 10 years. She will be attending the University of Michigan this fall.

Fun Field Hockey Facts

What stick do you use and why do you choose it?
I just got the TK 1 plus deluxe late bow and have been loving it. It is a great stick for hard and powerful shots while also being very light, allowing me to have great control over the ball

Do you have a grip preference? If so, which grip and why do you like it?
Yes, I love the Tk hi soft grip. I've been using it for as long as I can remember. It's been a great grip with lots of durability, especially during harsh weather conditions.

How long have you been playing field hockey and what made you first want to start playing?
I've been playing since 3rd grade, so about 10 years now. I grew up playing ice hockey, so when all my friends joined a rec league, it was a very fun transition for me.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Yes, my best friend and I do a handshake before every game.

What’s your go-to pre-game meal?
Pre-game I always have a honey stinger or go macro bar.

What is your go-to game-day hairstyle?
I've been doing a slick back bun

Describe your playing style in three words?
fast, creative, gritty

What do you like to do when you’re not playing field hockey?
I love playing pickleball and going on walks with my friends

If you could give your younger self a piece of advice, what would it be?
Work hard for your teammates and have fun doing it

Winning the state championship with my high school team
