We are thrilled to welcome Jenna Gray into the Longstreth Athlete Program as a Gryphon Brand Ambassador!
Jenna is a freshman at Rowan University and recently made her debut on the field this month where she put up both goals against Ursinus. Before starting her journey at Rowan, Jenna played for Uprise FHC and her High School team, Egg Harbor Township where she finished with 66 career goals earning her the No. 1 spot for the school’s all-time list.

What stick do you use and why?
I use the Gryphon Taboo Striker, and I chose it because it’s the perfect amount of carbon and an amazing stick all around! 37.5 length
Do you have a grip preference?
I use the TK grip, and I love it, and how sticky and good my grip is when I use it!
How long have you been playing field hockey and what made you want to first start playing?
I’ve been playing field hockey since the 7th grade (6 years) and my older sister convinced me to play!
Go-to pre-game snack?
My go to pregame meal would be sour patch kids!
Go-to gameday hairstyle?
My go to pregame hairstyle is two braids into a bun!
Favorite type of music to listen to before a game?
My favorite pump-up songs would be any john summit songs!
Describe your playing style in 3 words?
Hustle, heart, passion
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not playing field hockey?
I like to fish and go on the boat with my brothers when I’m not playing hockey!
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t give up, everything happens for a reason
What’s one of your favorite field hockey memories?
My favorite field hockey memory is in high school when I played with my best friends and won the Cape Atlantic league CAL
