The Osaka Pro Tour Limited range uses 18K Textreme biaxial spread-tow carbon fabric. This reduces crimp, which means that spread tow fabrics can provide marginal stiffness advantages, it also results in a very unique-looking bolder carbon fiber weave pattern. The head features a 45 degree angle with Kevlar reinforcement and an aramid backhand blade reinforcement in the shaft. The handle has a 1.5mm VibraStop foam layer underneath the Osaka Pro Touch grip.
