How do I order online and pickup in the store?
In your online order at checkout choose Customer Pick-Up as the Shipping Method.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. Typically we fulfill these orders within 3 hours, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm during the week will be processed on the next business day. Please call the store if you place the order Saturday or Sunday and intend to pick up the same day.
Can I cancel my order?
Please call us at 800-545-1329 to cancel your order at any time.
How long will my order be held at the store?
Your order will be held for seven days, so stop by soon! If you intend to pick up your order on a specific date please indicate that in the order notes. We’ll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled.
Orders not picked up within 7 days of the original purchase date will automatically be returned and refunded to your credit card or Paypal account.
We understand that things happen and you may not be able to pick up your order within the 7 day pickup window. If you need an extension, please contact us.

You will pick up your order at our retail store location. 78 Wells Rd, Spring City PA
What do I need to pick up my order?
You can mention the name that the order is under or a copy of the confirmation email.
Who can pick up my order?
The order will be under the name that it was placed under or you may specify another name of a person who will be picking it up.
