We’re thrilled to welcome Karys Craver to the Longstreth Athlete Program as our newest TK Ambassador!
A freshman at Ohio State, Karys is coming off an incredible high school career at Warwick High School. Some of her accomplishments include MAXFH National All-American – 3rd Team, PA Region – 1st Team, AA All-State Academic, and a selection in the 2026 Longstreth Senior All-American Game.

How long have you been playing field hockey and what made you first want to start?
I have been playing field hockey for 7 years! I started playing because my mom coach and introduced me to the sport.
Any pre-game rituals?
I love to listen to music and dance with my teammates. I also like to do 100 pulls on my own before our warm-up begins.
Go-to pre-game meal?
A banana
Go-to game day hairstyle?
My purple headband and a braid or half-tied ponytail.
Favorite warm-up song?
Anything Mac Miller or Lil Uzi Vert!
Describe your playing style in 3 words?
Intense, quick, aggressive
What do you like to do when you’re not playing field hockey?
I love running, fishing, pickleball, painting and hanging out with my friends.
Any game day superstitions?
I always wear my purple headband, game day sports bra, and I put a mouthguard in right after our team huddle before stepping in the field.
