Quick background on you and the Frosted GKs brand, playing/coaching experience:
I played at the University of Maryland from 2016-2021.  During that time, we competed at three final fours, where we ended as national runner-up twice and a semifinalist.  While at Maryland I was a member of the USA National Indoor Team as well.  After graduation, I was the Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Maryland.  I also had a short stint as the Goalkeeping specialist at Johns Hopkins University.  I am now an Assistant Coach at Towson University!  In 2021 I started Frosted Goalkeepers LLC, a Goalkeeping company based out of Baltimore MD.  Frosted Goalkeepers LLC is a way to give goalkeepers in the Mid-Atlantic region an opportunity to get specialized goalkeeping training from myself and other local goalkeeping professionals!  Frosted Goalkeepers LLC believes in creating a competitive and collaborative environment where goalkeepers are trained in technical skill as well as tactical decision making.

What made you want to specialize in goalie coaching?
Being a goalkeeper growing up I didn't have a lot of opportunity for training.  Once I was at Maryland, I was approached by multiple clubs to train their goalkeepers, I eventually began training goalkeepers at a local club.  However, once becoming a college coach, I wanted to broaden my reach in regard to training young goalkeepers.  I wanted to give more local goalkeepers an opportunity to train and learn specialty skills.

Favorite skill/drill to teach?
My favorite skill to teach is diving, there are a lot of variations you can train with it as well.  From the basics of diving to save vs diving to intercept to learning how to dive to save lifted shots there is a lot you can do with teaching the skill!

What is your coaching style?
I am a very competitive player, and it translated into my coaching career.  I like to make my drills into a competition for my athletes.  I want to develop the competitive spirit & mindset early.  I believe celebrating the little wins when it comes to goalkeeping development as well as holding athletes accountable in training sessions.

Words to live by?
"Be Humble, Be Hungry, and Always be the Hardest Worker in the Room" - Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

Plans for the next 3-5 years - where do you see yourself?
I want to continue my career in college coaching and help push Towson to be the best program it can be!  I would like to grow Frosted Goalkeepers to reach goalkeepers outside the Mid-Atlantic!  I want to collaborate with other goalkeeping coaches and grow the amount of trainers we have!
