Sidni Templeton
School: Wilson High School
Stick of Choice: TK Black Elephant
What type of stick do you use, and why did you choose it? TK Black Elephant - I like the control I have over the ball and the power it gives me on forehand and reverse hits. I also like how light the stick is because it makes it easy to do all my skills.
How long have you been playing field hockey, and what made you first want to start playing? I have been playing field hockey since I was five years old. I started playing field hockey because my mom played in college and I always dreamed of following in her footsteps.

Marin Stefanelli
School: Shore Regional High School
Stick of Choice: TK U1+ Extreme Late Bow
What type of stick do you use, and why did you choose it? I chose the TK U1 Plus Extreme Late Bow because I love how it feels to play with this stick. I really enjoy its features like the even weight distribution, the late bow, and the 95 carbon. All these details contribute to the ball control and power I get from using the stick, which makes it stand out to me.
What do you like to do when you are not playing field hockey? I like to go to the beach with my friends, hang out with my dogs, and read.

Nadia Gross
School: Springside Chestnut Hill Academy
Stick of Choice: TK U1 Late Bow
How long have you been playing field hockey, and what made you first want to start playing? I started playing field hockey in the 3rd grade. I loved watching my mom play growing up, which inspired me to try it out!
What's your go-to pre-game meal? The night before, I enjoy eating some kind of pasta, and before a game, I love eating Graham crackers or a banana.

Kassie Dulin
School: Boyertown High School
Stick of Choice: TK U1+ Extreme Late Bow
When did you start playing field hockey, and why? I have been playing field hockey for almost 11 years, and what made me first want to start playing is watching my big sister, Katelyn, play. As soon as I watched her and the other older girls play, I fell in love and knew field hockey was what I wanted to do.
Favorite pump-up song(s) to listen to before a game? My favorite pump-up songs before a game are "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus and "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC

Claire Turner
School: The Hill School
Stick of Choice: TK P1 Extreme Late Bow
What type of stick do you use, and why did you choose it? I chose the TK P1 Extreme Late Bow because it gives me great control and power, especially for hitting and tackling.
How long have you been playing field hockey, and what made you first want to start playing? I have been playing club field hockey for 9 years now. I started because my mom played D1 in college, and my sister also started playing. I loved the intensity of the game and how different it was from any sport I had seen.

Maddie Bell
School: West Perry High School

Go-to game day hairstyle? A ponytail with a braid.
What’s one of your favorite field hockey memories? Winning the state championship with my best friends.

Katie Sampson
School: North Hunterdon High School
Stick of Choice: TK Deluxe Late Bow
Why did you choose this stick? I use this stick because of the power it gives me behind my shots and the control I have over the ball while playing.
Do you have any gameday superstitions? I wear the same pair of cow hoc Sox for every game during the season!!

Tia Berge
School: Lewisburg Area High School
Stick of Choice: TK U1+ Extreme Late Bow
What is your grip of choice? My preferred grip is the TK high soft grip because it doesn’t become slippery when I sweat or when it gets wet.
When did you start playing field hockey and why? I started playing field hockey when I was in 4th grade. My mom was the one who inspired me to play. I grew up watching her play ever since I was a baby.

Makenna Baessler
School: Governor Mifflin High School

Any game day superstitions? I have a lucky duck in my bag I must squeeze; I also have a pair of HocSocx I wear every game day.
If you could give your younger self a piece of advice, what would it be? Don’t take anything for granted and live every day to the fullest.

Juliette Ring
School: Wilson High School
Stick of Choice: TK U1 Late Bow
Why did you choose this stick? I use the TK U1 Late Bow Composite Stick because it has a lot of power for hits, and it’s good for aerials out of the backfield.
What is your go-to game day hairstyle? I typically go with a high ponytail braid. However, for big high school games, I do two mini Dutch braids into a ponytail braid.

Bella Boyle
School: Hazelton Area High School
Stick of Choice: TK U1+ Extreme Late Bow
Why did you choose this stick? I use the TK1 Plus Gold Extreme Late Bow for outdoor. I chose it because I like an extreme late bow for lifts. Also, it has a light weight to it, which I prefer for pulls and stickwork. Even though it is a lighter feel to it, I can still get a lot of power on my drive with proper technique.
What do you like to do when you are not playing field hockey? I play softball and swim. I love weightlifting and running. I like to read, listen to music, and play the piano. Also, I like to write and draw.

Sadie Errickson
School: Cherokee High School
Stick of Choice: TK Black Elephant
Do you have a grip preference? If so, which grip and why do you like it? I play with the TK Control Grip because I like how it is a combination of both the soft and sticky grip, so it doesn’t hurt my hands. It is also durable and lasts especially after rainy games.
If you could give your younger self a piece of advice, what would it be? The one piece of advice I would give my younger self is to stop being a perfectionist because everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is how you react to those mistakes and move forward from them.
