Excited to welcome Lexi Patterson into the Longstreth Athlete Program as a TK Brand Ambassador!

From Malvern, PA, Lexi made her mark at Conestoga High School with an impressive list of accolades, including:

2024 NFHCA Second Team All-American
2024 Max Field Hockey Second Team All-American
Four-time PHSFHCA 3A All-State honoree
Four-time All-Central League selection
Two-time Max Field Hockey Pennsylvania All-Region selection (‘23, ‘24)

Fun Facts:

What stick do you use and why do you choose it?
I use the TK Black Elephant Composite Stick. The item number is ATKBE5 Black. I chose this stick because it has great ball control and 80% carbon that allows me to have a good amount of power.

How long have you been playing field hockey, and what made you first want to start playing?
I have been playing since 1st grade, and my mom played when she was in high school and really enjoyed it. My parents have always pushed me to do things that made me happy, and field hockey immediately did that.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I put my right Hocsocx on, then my right sock, then move to my left, for every game.

What's your go-to pre-game meal?
I really like pasta with Parmesan.

What is your go-to game day hairstyle?
My go-to game day hairstyle is a ponytail.

Favorite pump-up song(s) to listen to before a game?
My favorite pump-up song is Feel This Moment- Pitbull and Christina Aguilera.

Describe your playing style in three words?
Fast, quick, and hard-working.

What do you like to do when you are not playing field hockey?
I really like to read and watch baseball.

What is your favorite motivational quote?
Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard (Tim Notke), Dreams don’t work unless you do (John C. Maxwell), and Pressure is a privilege (Billie Jean King).

If you could give your younger self a piece of advice, what would it be?
Never give up, and if it’s meant to be, it will be.
