Get to know more about Longstreth Sponsored Grays Athlete, Leah Crouse!
Leah has been a member of the Longstreth Athlete Program for almost two years now. She has been playing field hockey since 2010 and started out with club field hockey for TCOYO Hockey. Leah also played for Duke University and the University of Maryland where she majored in Biology and minored in Neuroscience and Chemistry.
Leah chooses the Grays GR10000 Jumbow to play with, “I like it because it’s light, but also powerful for hits and sweeps. It also has a bit of a curve to it which is great for 3D skills and aerials.”

I always have to have green tea with Ally Hammel on gameday.
Go-to pregame meal?
Breakfast foods! Scrambled eggs or bacon more specifically.
Any advice for younger athletes?
Do what you love! Cultivate and find your love for the sport and let that take you through. Tikes will get tough , but it is important to remember how you fell in love with it in the first place.
