Fun Facts:

What stick do you use?

I use the Grays AC1000 because it is easy to dribble and pass with but also allows me to take strong shots.

Do you have a grip preference?

I like using the Grays Twintex Grip because itโ€™s not too thick but still allows me to have a strong hold on my stick.

Why did you first start playing field hockey?

I became attracted to it by watching older players and wanting to experience the same competitive environment.

Pre-game rituals?

I always listen to music on the way to a game to stay focused.

Favorite pre-game meal?

I usually like to eat pasta the night before a game and have fruit right before.

Go-to game day hairstyle?

I like to do two Dutch braids into a high ponytail before every game.

Favorite pump-up song?

Firework by Katy Perry (preferably listened to on a bus ride with a speaker)

3 words to describe your playing style?

Hardworking, controlled, disciplined

A young woman in a white USA field hockey uniform stands on grass, smiling and holding a field hockey stick. There is a USA Field Hockey flag behind her and trees and buildings in the background.
