Hailing from Morristown, NJ, and a standout from Cornell University, Caroline has been making waves as a defender/midfielder with the U.S. Women’s National Team since 2022. She’s competed on the world stage at the 2025 FIH Hockey Nation’s Cup and the 2024 FIH Hockey5s World Cup.

What stick do you use, and why do you choose it?
I use the Ronin- I love the low bow and the groove, especially for feeling like I have the most control while flicking.
Do you have a grip preference?
If so, which grip and why do you like it? I switch back and forth between using a chamois and not, but with how rainy it has been this spring, I prefer a chamois right now!
How long have you been playing field hockey and what made you first want to start playing?
I have been playing since elementary school gym class! Then when I got to middle school, I was super excited to play for my school and with a fun group of girls.
Do you have any pre-game rituals? Usually, I like to eat a Rice Krispie treat right before warm ups.
What's your go-to pre game meal?
Peanut butter sandwich and some eggs.
What is your go-to game day hairstyle?
Just a ponytail, and I try to slick back or clip back my flyaways.
