Our fifth and final episode of the Longstreth Sports Post Game Show with Leah Secondo aired on Saturday, August 3rd 30-minutes following Team USA’s win over South Africa. In their final match of the pool play the No. 14 U.S. Team came out victorious over No. 19 South Africa. The lone goal was scored in the third quarter of the match, making the team finish in ninth place at the 2024 Paris Games.
Joining our host, Leah, on the show this week were 4 special guests. First up was the Founder of PA United Field Hockey Club, Bri Price. Second was the Head Coach of Duke University Field Hockey Team, Pam Bustin who is a Hall of Famer of ’96 Olympian herself! Next, we had Shelly Behrens, Head Coach at Millersville University, who is a 3x PSAC Coach of the Year. Our final guest was Tess Ellis, Head Coach at William & Mary. Tess is starting her 11th season as coach this year and a 4x CAA Coach of the Year! Thank you to these 4 amazing coaches for joining us on our final episode of the series!
It has been so much fun creating the Post Game Show Series with legend, Leah Secondo. We want to give Leah a BIG THANK YOU for hosting the series as well as a thank you to all the players and coaches who guest starred on the show.
Congratulations to Team USA on an amazing run in the 2024 Olympic Games. On behalf of the entire Longstreth Team, it has been an honor to watch such a great group of women compete!
