In Game 4 of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games, No. 14 U.S.A faced off against No. 8 Great Britain in an intense match. After a one-goal game in the first half, Great Britain ultimately pulled through during the third quarter, and USA was defeated by 2-5.

Host Leah Secondo had four special guests today to break down this action-packed game. Joining us first was Lynn Farquhar, Head Coach at Syracuse University who is coming up on her second year of coaching. The second guest was the Head Coach of East Stroudsburg University, Sandy Miller, who is starting her 40th season this year. Right before the Longstreth Post Game Show, it was announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association that Sandy will be a part of the next induction class for the Hall of Fame! Guest number three was Justine Sowry, Head Coach at the University of Louisville, who will be starting her 14th season this fall and is a 2x Olympian herself! And our fourth special guest today was Longstreth and OBO Ambassador Bryn Underwood. Bryn is a 2x Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year out of American University. Bryn comes from a very solid field hockey family and is quite the decorated player! We want to give these four amazing guests a big THANK YOU for joining Leah on the show and taking time out of their busy days to sit down and discuss the match.

The next episode of the Longstreth Sports Post Game Show will air 30 minutes following the fifth match that Team USA plays on Saturday, August 3rd. This is a critical match for Team USA, so please show your support and tune in! The game will air on the USA Network at 7:15 AM EST, and you can catch the Post Game Show right after live on our YouTube Channel.
